The Pink Rocki Advocacy Foundation Scholarship

The Pink Rocki Advocacy Foundation scholarship is in honor of Marakah Dennis. Our foundation was established, after the passing of our daughter, Marakah Dennis, a graduate of SJC c/o 2019. After Marakah's passing, the Dennis family started a non-profit in her honor with hopes to prepare the next generation to seamlessly transition into adulthood, which falls into the following three pillars of focus; self-awareness, self-care and self-advocacy.

The Pink Rocki Advocacy Foundation scholarship stands as a tribute to the remarkable life of Marakah Dennis. Marakah's legacy serves as the guiding light for this scholarship, which embodies her spirit of resilience, compassion, and dedication to self-care. As a cherished student of the SJC c/o 2019, Marakah left an indelible mark on her community.

The scholarship aims to empower recipients to prioritize their well-being, cultivate self-awareness, and advocate for themselves in pursuit of their dreams. Through this scholarship, Marakah's legacy continues to shine brightly, illuminating paths of opportunity and resilience for generations to come.
